Unearthed Document: Project Mirror, Subproject LAM

One of the very few publicly available documents showing the secret government investigations into the Blackwater Lights under the rubric of Project MIRROR Subproject LAM. Undated, but probably from the late 60s or early 7os. This document was made available via a 1977 Freedom of Information Act request and was found among classified documents from Projects BLUEBIRD, MKUltra, and MKDELTA. Project MIRROR itself, along with its unknown number of subprojects, has never been officially acknowledged by the U.S. government.
